The Hurricane is our next generation intelligent AM Modulator, featuring a Digital Frequency Synthesizer controlled by a high-performance RISC-based Microcontroller with optional Bluetooth Audio and Bluetooth remote control.
With the Hurricane AM Modulator, it is easy to transmit high quality audio to any AM broadcast band radio receiver.

Audio
Wired - simply connect the supplied audio cable to your audio sources (i.e. PC sound card, MP3 player headpnone or line output and your ready to go.
Bluetooth BLE- with the Bluetooth Streaming option, you can simply pair the Hurricane with your Bluetooth Audio source and stream using Bluetooth.
Note: Bluetooth BLE Audio Streaming is an option.

Local - Simply connect the supplied 3M antenna to the socket marked ANT and you ready to go

Remote
Remote Control - with the Bluetooth BLE Remote Control option, you can control the Hurricane using an APP with an Android Phone or Tablet, an iOS device like a iPhone or iPad.
Note: Bluetooth BLE Remote Control is an option.

Fully built and tested, and supplied with "universal" switch mode power supply, standard 3 meter wire antenna and audio cable.
The Hurricane printed circuit board uses a grounding technique that splits the RF and Audio grounds, as well as providing and external grounding point. In addition a new external "universal"power supply provides regulated DC power to the transmitter, supplied with county specific power leads for the EU, UK, US and OZ
